Terms and Conditions of Six6s in Pakistan

General Provisions
These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the use of the Six6s website (the “Site”) and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). They constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (the “Customer”) and the owner of the platform, Aurora Holdings N.V., a company registered in Curaçao (registration number 10692, address: Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao). Six6s operates under licence #365/JAZ issued in Curaçao.
By using the Site or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site or place any bets.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Six6s reserves the right to change these Rules at any time. An up-to-date version is always available on the Site. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you automatically agree to the new version. Bets made before the changes came into effect are governed by the previous version of the Rules.
User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you acknowledge the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age or are of legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction. We may ask for proof of age at any time.
- You have full legal capacity and have the right to enter into legal agreements.
- You live in a country where gambling is legal.
- You don’t use VPNs, proxies or other technologies to hide your location.
- You are the legal owner of the payment instrument used.
- All transactions are made by you voluntarily and in good faith. No attempts to refund or dispute payments are allowed.
- You recognise the risk of loss of funds deposited on the balance of the Service and accept full responsibility for possible losses.
- You will not use any information obtained illegally when betting.
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and not for the benefit of third parties or for commercial purposes.
- You do not attempt to influence the operation of the Service or change the outcome of events in an unfair manner.
- You observe the principles of good faith in relation to the platform and other participants.
- Neither you nor your relatives, partners or representatives participate in the Six6s affiliate programme on your behalf.
Restrictions on Use
Use of the Service is prohibited:
- If you are under the age at which gambling is permitted under the laws of your country.
- If you are in or resident in a country where online gambling is prohibited.
- If you are located in any of the following countries: Austria, Australia, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and its dependent territories, and any other regions where online gambling is prohibited by the laws of Curaçao.
- To collect other customers’ personal information (e.g. e-mail addresses) without their consent.
- For the purpose of interfering with the Service or interfering with other users.
- To promote unwanted adverts, links and commercial offers.
- To defraud the Service or collude with other users.
- For the purpose of copying odds or infringing the company’s copyrights.
- For any wrongdoing.
Extras:
- You may not transfer accounts to third parties or buy or sell accounts.
- You cannot transfer funds between user accounts.
- The Company has the right to immediately block the account if any violations are detected.
Employees of the Company and affiliated organisations may not use the Service for real money without written permission from management. In case of violation all winnings and bonuses are cancelled.
Account Registration
The Company reserves the right to refuse registration without explanation.
- To access the full functionality of the platform, you must register and, if necessary, verify your identity by providing documents (e.g. passport or ID card and utility bill with address).
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information, including an up-to-date e-mail address. Failure to update your information in a timely manner may result in loss of access to your account or important notifications.
- Only one account per user is allowed. Repeated registrations, including through relatives or acquaintances, will result in the blocking of all linked accounts.
- We may request additional information to verify your financial solvency and identity, including data from third party verification organisations.
- It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Any activity made through your account is considered your responsibility. If you suspect hacking, you must notify support immediately.
- You may not share information from the platform with others, including the use of screenshots.
- During the registration process, you will be able to select your preferred currency. Conversions may apply depending on the payment method.
- Filling in the registration form does not guarantee automatic account creation. The Company may refuse to open an account without explanation.
We may request additional documentation to comply with regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements and legislation.
Your Account
An account can use different currencies. All transactions and current balance are displayed in the currency that was used for a particular operation. The service does not provide credits. The game is possible only with own funds.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we discover a breach of the terms and conditions or if we believe that your actions may compromise the fairness and integrity of the platform. In this case, all bets may be cancelled and funds may be frozen.
We may also close your account for other reasons and return the remaining balance. All obligations incurred prior to closure will be honoured. We may restrict or reject a bet at any time, especially if it appears suspicious or violates the rules of the platform.
If funds are credited to your account in error, they remain our property. Once the error is identified, the amount will be debited. If for any reason your account becomes “minus”, you must repay us the amount owed. If an error is detected in your account, you must notify Support immediately.
Gambling is a form of entertainment. If you feel you are losing control, you can send a Registered Email requesting self-exclusion. The account will be deactivated within 24 hours.
An account cannot be transferred, sold or pledged to third parties. This applies to the account itself and any assets associated with it. To close your account, send an email to the support team from your registered address.
If there has been no activity (login, bets, use of the Service) for 12 months and there are funds in the account, the account will be charged an inactivity fee of €5 (or equivalent in another currency) monthly.
You will receive a notification one month before the charges begin and you will be able to log into your account and withdraw funds. The fee is charged monthly until there is no activity or the account runs out of funds.
Account Replenishment
Top-up is made only from nominal payment systems or cards. When recharging in another currency, funds are converted at the current exchange rate (according to oanda.com or payment provider).
Payments may be accompanied by commissions. As a rule, we take care of them, but the user is responsible for the bank’s fees. Deposits are processed by third-party payment systems. Deposits are credited only after the bank confirms the transaction.
You undertake not to cancel or dispute payments. In case of return, you are obliged to compensate the amount and costs incurred. All winnings received from such funds are cancelled.
When you enter a bonus code, you agree to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion. It is prohibited to deposit illegally obtained funds. When using a credit card, it is recommended that you keep a copy of the transactions and these terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to know your local laws. If gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you cannot use your card to top up.
Withdrawal of Funds
You can withdraw available funds by submitting an application. The minimum amount is €10 (or equivalent), except in case of account closure. Without wagering the deposit amount at least once – 8% commission (at least 4 euros) will be charged.
We may request proof of identity (documents, photo, call, etc.) before processing a withdrawal. Funds are withdrawn to the same payment method from which they were deposited. Exceptions are possible, but only with additional verification. If the account is blocked, closed or inaccessible – contact support.
If winnings exceed 10 times the amount of all deposits, the withdrawal limit will be 5,000 euros per month. In other cases – 10,000 euros.
Payment Transactions and Processing
You are solely responsible for timely payment and must compensate for any cancellations. In the event of a transaction being refunded, a fee of €50 may be charged. We use third party payment services. You agree to their terms and conditions as long as they do not contradict these Terms and Conditions. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. Suspicious transactions are referred to regulatory authorities.
Mistakes
In the event of system failures, all bets will be invalidated. It is your responsibility to report any errors. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds or after the start of an event, it may be cancelled.
We have the right to correct errors, including refunding overpayments and adjusting balances. If there are insufficient funds in your account, you must repay the overpayment.
Calculation Rules, Cancellations and Refunds
The result of the event is determined at the time of completion. No revisions to the results will be accepted. 72 hours after publication, the results are considered final. Adjustments are possible only in case of obvious error. In case of event cancellation – funds are refunded.
In case of a draw: if a draw was offered – bets on a win are lost; if not offered – a refund is possible. In case of inability to confirm the result – bets are cancelled. The minimum and maximum amounts of bets are determined separately and may vary. The client is responsible for each transaction.
Once a transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. If teams match, the event is considered valid regardless of the league title. The start time of eSport events is approximate. In case of postponement for more than 72 hours – refund.
An error in the date of the match does not affect the validity of bets. If a team uses substitute players – the result remains valid. We reserve the right to remove events and markets from the site.
Liaison
You may contact us through the form on the website. We may contact you by email or post notices on the site. A registered email is considered the official method of contact. You agree to receive promotional emails, but you can unsubscribe through support.
Force Majeure and Liability
We are not responsible for delays and failures caused by force majeure (natural disasters, communication failures, power cuts, etc.).
We do not compensate for losses unless required by law. The maximum amount of compensation does not exceed the amount of the bet or €500 – whichever is less. We recommend that you check that your device is compatible with the site.
Accounts of persons under the age of 18 (or other age of majority) will be blocked. All winnings will be cancelled.
We apply sanctions where fraud is detected, including withholding payments and reimbursement of losses incurred.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorised use of the logo and the name of the website may lead to legal consequences. All rights to technology, software and data belong to the company. It is prohibited to use trademarks, logos and quotes without authorisation. Automatic data collection is prohibited.
Licence
The user is granted a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use of the site. Copying, publishing, transmitting or modifying content is prohibited. Violation may result in liability.
User Behaviour
You may not post or distribute illegal, harmful or offensive content. Account access may be restricted in the case of offences. Examples of prohibited behaviour include spreading viruses, spam, insults, impersonation, etc.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from our site.
Complaints
All complaints are made via the form on the website using a registered email. We are not responsible for any action taken on complaints. The response time for complaints is up to 28 days. Disputes must be submitted within 3 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be referred to management. As a last resort, a complaint can be made to the licensing authority.
Transfer of Rights
You may not transfer your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights to third parties. If any provision becomes invalid, the others will continue to apply. If you breach the terms, your account may be blocked without notice.
General Provisions
The terms and conditions apply for as long as you use the site. A waiver is only valid in writing. By using the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Applicable law is the laws of Curaçao. These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between you and the company.
